After driving for about an hour, your first stop will be Olympos cable car.
Your guide will give you a quick briefing when you arrive. Then, you can take a ride to the top of the mountain. You’ll have around 30 minutes to explore and enjoy some refreshments up there.
You’ll find restaurants, cafeterias, and tea houses available, along with tower viewers to admire the beautiful scenery. Afterwards, you’ll come back down to the ground using the cable car.
Olympos cable car is 4359 meters long and reaches an altitude of 2365 meters. Each ride takes around 11 minutes, and each cabin can accommodate up to 80 people.
Following the cable car, you’ll head over to Urfa Lezzet Sofrası restaurant in the Lara area for lunch. This authentic Turkish eatery offers a variety of meal options:
For vegetarians, there’s the option of pide with cheese & tomato, served alongside salad, rice, and french fries.
It’s important to note that drinks are not included and can be purchased separately at regular prices. As this restaurant caters more to locals than tourists, drink prices are not expensive.
Our next destination is the Lower Duden Waterfall, also referred to as Karpuzkaldıran Waterfall, situated in Duden Park.
Here, you’ll witness the waterfall plunging 40 meters into the sea. You’ll have approximately an hour to explore the surroundings.
At the park, you’ll find an observation terrace and tower viewers providing up-close views of the waterfall. You can capture unforgettable moments with stunning photographs or opt for a photographer to immortalize your memories on magnets. Additionally, there’s a souvenir shop and cafeteria available for your convenience at Duden Park.
Your next destination is Antalya’s charming old town, Kaleiçi, where you’ll embark on a one-hour guided walking tour led by your tour guide. During this relaxed stroll, you’ll explore several historical sites, each with its own story:
This won’t be a hurried tour of Kaleici; instead, it’s an informative sightseeing walk with plenty of opportunities for photographs along the way.
After the guided tour, you’ll have 1 hour and 15 minutes to freely explore the charming cobbled streets of Kaleici and indulge in some shopping at its traditional shops. Here, you’ll find a variety of souvenirs, spices, crafts, jewelry, as well as cafes and restaurants.
For those less interested in shopping, Kaleici offers a rich history to discover. You can explore museums, mosques, and churches such as:
